Downey · Suite BThe Thrive identity
A refined first impression. A human connection.
Working standards
72 hours
A volume shortlist, when the requisition is clean.
6 days
A shortlist for leads, dispatch, and office seats.
Before the drive
Pay, site, shift, and the hard parts, said out loud.
Same desk
You are not handed to a national queue.
For employers
Tell us what good did last Tuesday.
The seat, the shift, the pay you will actually honor, and who interviews. We send people who can do that work — not a stack with a keyword in it.
For talent
A straight account of the job.
If the role is real, we will say so. If it is heavy, early, or bilingual because the phones are, you will hear that before you burn the gas.
Where we work
Six floors. Not forty buzzwords.

Light industrial
Aisles, certificates, and shifts that start before the freeway does.

Logistics
Yards, boards, and the hour the carrier actually shows up.

Skilled trades
Support that shows up at the gate with boots on.

Office
The person who keeps a multi-site company from living in its inbox.

Hospitality
Rooms, linen, and a board that has to be done before check-in.

Production
Light manufacturing where the work order is the job description.
How a search moves
A short list, then a start that sticks.
We do not run a warehouse order and a coordinator search as the same motion. The steps are the same shape. The speed is not.

- 01
The requisition, cleaned
Title, shift, pay band, site, and the three things that made the last person fail or thrive.
- 02
A short list, not a pile
You meet people who can do the job. We would rather send three than twelve.
- 03
The start, confirmed
Work authorization, site rules, and who pays the worker are settled before day one. Not in the parking lot.
- 04
The first weeks, watched
We call the floor and the person. A placement that goes quiet is how accounts die.
Shape of the work
A managed warehouse week, drawn so you can see it.
Opened versus filled across five days of a warehouse account. A healthy desk fills yesterday while today is still arriving. The shape is how the board is read. It is not a promise that next week matches it.
Brass is filled. Forest is opened. A healthy desk fills yesterday while today is still arriving.

The map
Downey, and the cities the freight actually moves through.
We do not pretend to be a national brand with a local area code. If the site is in the Gateway Cities — or a short drive into Long Beach, Vernon, or Commerce — the desk can see it.

Asked before the first call
Temp agency or search firm?
Both, on purpose. Contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire. A forklift order and a shipping-lead search are not the same motion, and we do not price them as if they were.
Who employs the worker on a contract job?
On contract staffing, Thrive is the employer of record for the assignment. Your supervisors run the work. Overtime, bill rate, and what happens at conversion are in the agreement — not in a slogan on this site.
Do you guarantee the hire?
Direct hire includes a restart if the person leaves or is let go for performance inside a window the agreement names. The window is negotiated. It is not a badge.
Spanish on the floor?
The desk works in English and Spanish. A lot of the warehouses, yards, and hotels do too. This site does as well — use the language switch.
Bring the seat that has been open too long.
A clean brief in the morning is a shortlist we can stand behind. A vague one is a week of theater.
