Thrive Talent Co, LLC is a staffing, payroll, and human resources house in Downey, serving Southern California. The partners bring more than eighteen years in this industry. The desk recruits, runs payroll, and carries workers' compensation on the assignments it employs.
Mission
We recruit people for real shifts, we run the payroll, and we carry workers' compensation when we are the employer of record. A company gets a crew it can use. A person gets the job described before they get in the car.
Vision
Plants, yards, hotels, and offices should not need a national call center to fill a Tuesday. The aim of this house is a crew that shows up, a paycheck that matches the hours, and coverage already in place. The partners have spent their careers on that problem. This is the desk they built to keep doing it.
